Your order is custom-made and not returnable for any reason other than damage or defects evident at the time of delivery of the item. Customers must inspect their purchases upon receipt and if you believe it to be defective or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours.

We guarantee our products will arrive unbroken. Provide us with a picture of your damaged items in their original packaging within 24 hours of receipt of your package and we will replace it free of charge.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
